1. By uploading/sharing car videos on this site, you acknowledge and confirm the following:
- You have all rights to share this video with Cars Infinity as you are either the owner of the car described in the video or have a permission to record and share the video from the owner of the car described in the video.
- You grant Cars Infinity Youtube channel and the owner of the channel – Pavlo Piechienik all rights to be using this video on Cars Infinity Youtube channel as well as any other media resources to promote Cars Infinity Youtube channel. You also grant Cars Infinity and Pavlo Piechienik rights to perform any video editing to make video look more professional and suitable for the Cars Infinity Youtube channel
- Any people shown on the video have given their permission to be recorded and shown on the video
Payment
1. By uploading/sharing car videos on this site, you acknowledge and confirm the following:
- You’ll receive payment for the videos only if they get approved by Cars Infinity.
- You’ll receive only one time payment of $100 if video is approved to be used by Cars Infinity
- Payment will be transferred to you after: A – the video has been approved and B – Cars Infinity and you have reached an agreement on how the payment should be transferred. The payment will be transferred within 2 business days after A and B terms happened.
